At Modifi, we aim to deliver your favourite products quickly and safely, no matter where you are in the world.

We ship worldwide, using trusted international courier partners to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packaged within 1–3 business days.

After placing your order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and weight.

Modifi may occasionally offer free worldwide shipping promotions on selected products or order values.
Please check our website banners or promotions for current offers.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • The courier service name

  • A link to track your shipment online

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after dispatch to appear.


6. International Shipping & Customs

Since we ship worldwide, some international orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • Local handling fees

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Modifi has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.


7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

  • Refunds cannot be processed until the returned item has been received by Modifi.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking number for updates.

  2. Contact the courier service directly.

  3. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, Modifi will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some high-demand gadgets may be sold as pre-orders or backorders.

In these cases:

  • You will be informed of the expected shipping date before checkout.

  • Your order will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available.
