Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, select your preferred skincare or beauty products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout using our secure payment system.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed for shipping.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship our skincare and beauty products worldwide so customers everywhere can enjoy our premium selections.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • South Africa: 2–7 business days

  • International: 3–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Some products include a manufacturer's warranty (details on each product page).
If no warranty applies, Modifi still covers 7-day return protection for defects.

Do you offer bulk or reseller discounts?

Is my payment secure?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

How do I request a refund?

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3 – 10 working days once we receive and inspect the returned item.


Can I exchange a product?

Yes — if the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll exchange it for the same or an equivalent product (if available)
