1. Overview

At Modifi, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Returns & Refund Policy.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item arrives significantly different from what was described

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged products caused by misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@modifi.co.za

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item if damaged or incorrect

    • A short explanation of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for the return if approved.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider or bank.

  3. If the issue persists, contact support@modifi.co.za.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

If you need an exchange, contact support@modifi.co.za.


8. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrectly sent.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
